Retail Sales Executive

Job Description:

  1. Deliver sales quota set by the management.
  2. Monitor and analyse sales results of the whole range of products.
  3. Understand customer needs and co-ordinate effort to provide excellent service to the customers, as well as maintaining good relationship with them.
  4. Attend to customer’s query and complaints, and provide the best solutions to help them solve the problems.
  5. Monitor, and analyse market information and activities, and provide the upper management with the relevant feedback.
  6. Design and arrange the retail outlet layout and product management.
  7. Responsible for the planning and execution of in-house roadshows/promotional activities for Company’s products.

Job Requirement:

  1. Has a keen interest in sales.
  2. Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin to liaises with Mandarin speaking clients.
  3. Required skill(s): Selling, Customer Service, Management.
