Admin Executive (Customer Service)

Job Description:

1.Provide first level of support and customer service.

2.Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone and email.

3.Require to listen, probe to clarify and customer needs.

4.Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries.

5.Work closely with the Sales enrolment team and provide regular feedbacks and insights to achieve greater customer intimacy.

6.Responsible for processing and management of customer's orders with timely delivery arrangement.

7.Act as a key interface for all customer's orders and delivery enquires.

8.Point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries concerns.

9.Ensure prompt deliveries (this may include short lead-time orders), and ability to resolve issue when conflict arises.

10.Work with transporters/ forwarders/ warehouse to resolve any issues which may result in delayed or no deliveries.

11.Ensure no overdue customers’ orders.

12.Liaise with customers on delivery dates and any special requirements pertaining to customer's orders fulfilment.


Job Requirement:

1.Minimum 1 years of experience in related role

2.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

3.Ability to think creatively and work independently.

4.Good personality and work attitude.

5.Computer literate
