(1) Mix honey with water/juice/soup at 70 degrees Celsius. This makes it easier to dissolve the honey and not kill the minerals and nutrients at the same time.
(2) Secondly, do not put it in the fridge. Raw honey exists in the wild at room temperature for thousands of years. Our honey does not have an expiry date.
(3) Thirdly, do not use a metal spoon with the honey as the metal will interact with the enzymes present. We recommend using a wooden or porcelain spoon instead.
* If you find a thin layer present after keeping it for some time, that is the phenomenon of crystallization where natural enzymes in honey interact with one another. Your honey is not spoilt.
